Self – Discovery & Empowerment

Love, Faith, Belief and Trust are important to keep the Connection and Commitment going. Communication is also a key factor in strengthening ties. I am trying to master the art of balance, balance in my social, personal and professional life. It is not an easy task but I am working hard to view things with an open mind, be flexible and focus on my dreams/goals.

I deeply appreciate the wonderful things that you all have brought to me. Thank you. The best thing  is being able to deeply connect with a soulmate. A person that loves you for who you are and willing to build a future together. All the bits and pieces of what you have done, I remember dearly. I am learning to accomodate and compromise as I know the importance of respecting the people you love. Sometimes, I may go into a emotional zone and ask for too much. As time goes by, I have learnt to adapt, adjust and appreciate.

Self – Nourishment

It is time to nourish my mind, body and soul. Re-assembling my psychological and physical self and surrounding myself with positive aura. I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prepare for what is about to come.
