CNY Food Galore 1

It’s the 7th Day of CNY which is known as 人日, 众人的生日(Everyone’s birthday).

We usually consume 魚生 (Yusheng) to celebrate this special day!

Yu Sheng consists of pieces of raw slices of fish mixed with vegetables (shredded carrots, turnips,gingers etc), sauces and condiments. Tossing Yusheng = Abundance, Good luck!

We had Salmon Yusheng… this is my second Yusheng of the week.
